January 11th & 12th - Litchfield Park Native American Arts Festival
The 2014 Native American Arts Festival will be held on the grounds of the Litchfield Elementary School and open daily from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. highlighting the finest southwest Native American artists including traditional and contemporary Native American jewelry, pottery, basketry, weaving, katsinas, painting, and beadwork. The event includes a variety of Native American art, entertainment and learning opportunities. Admission fee is $5.00 per person, $3.00 students with I.D., children 12 and under admitted free. For more information call 623-935-9040.

January 18th - Litchfield Park Town Hall
Public meeting held from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. in Souers Hall at The Church of Litchfield Park, 300 N. Old Litchfield Road.

January 19th - Arts in the Park Concert Series
Free outdoor concert featuring Big Pete Pearson held on the front lawn of the Wigwam Resort from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

January 25th - Kiwanis Litchfield Park Winter Trout Fishing Derby
This fun family event is held at the Tierra Verde Lake Park from 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; registration opens at 6:00 a.m. The event includes great fishing with over 1,000 lbs. of trout stocked in the lake. Food, prizes and giveaways. Fees: $6.00 per pole for ages 16 and older; $4.00 per pole for ages 15 and under. Must provide your own fishing equipment and bait.

February 14th - 16th - 4th Annual Wigwam Festival of Fine Art
Free festival open daily from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. featuring Western, Southwest and Native American Fine Art hosted by the Wigwam on the front lawn of the resort. Vermillion Promotions

February 9th - Arts in the Park Concert Series
Free outdoor concert featuring The Swingtips held on the front lawn of the Wigwam Resort from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m.

February 23rd - 2nd Flavors of the West Festival
Food tasting festival held from 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m. along Old Litchfield Road. Pricing and event details online.

March 1st - Kiwanis Litchfield Park 10k, 5k, 1 Mile & Healthy Classroom Challenge
Annual community run/walk draws people from all over the Valley and competitors from other states. Race begins and ends in front of the Litchfield Park Recreation Center. Registration includes race t-shirts, raffle prizes, food & drink, and post-race ceremonies. All ages and experience levels welcome. Entry fees $20 per competitive race; $10 Healthy Classroom Challenge. Register online or by downloading, printing and submitting the 2014 registration form.

March 8th & 9th - 16th Annual Spring Art & Culinary Festival
Free event on the Library
Lawn & Town Center. Held Saturday & Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Over 200 art booths, wine garden with wine tastings and draft beer. Culinary speakers and demonstrations. Great food, live music and much more! Free parking & admission.

March 16th - Arts in the Park Concert Series
Free outdoor concert featuring VeeRonna and the Velvet Flames held on the front lawn of the Wigwam Resort from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

April 11th - Arts in the Park Concert Series - Season Finale
Free outdoor concert featuring the Thaddeus Rose Band, great tunes with high-energy style from beginning to end, held on the front lawn of the Wigwam Resort from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

April 12th - 7th Annual Sprint in the Park Triathlon
The 2014 triathlon includes a 300 yard swim, 8.4 mile bike and 2 mile run. The course is a flat, palm tree lined, street course in Litchfield Park, Arizona. Age groups include under 25; 25-35; 36-45; and 46 and over. All entrants receive high quality t-shirts, fruit, bagels, muffins, and snacks. Water and Gatorade will be provided on race day; medals will be given to the top three finishes in each age group for males and females. An award ceremony and raffle will be held at the end of the race. Entry fee to be determined by Litchfield Kiwanis Club. Call 801-791-3929 or email John. May 24th & 25th - 3rd Annual Wigwam Amateur Championship hosted by the City of Litchfield Park
Amateur golf tournament at the Wigwam Golf Club ($150 per player). AGA Open Division and various flights as well as a Litchfield Park City Championship for residents of Litchfield Park only. A portion of every registration fee benefits Friends of the Rec. Wigwam member discounted tournament registration fee, $76.

May 26th - Memorial Day Ceremony
In front of the WWII Memorial on Litchfield Elementary School Grounds (open to public). The City of Litchfield Park will remember the men and women who died while serving the United States Armed Forces with a Memorial Day ceremony. The event is expected to last approximately 30 minutes and will include the placing of floral tributes at the memorial in honor of the brave men and women who died while serving our country.

July 4th - "Splash Bash"
Independence Day Pool Party at the Litchfield Park Recreation Center from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Entry into the family event requires a $2 entry fee or Recreation Center pass. There will be water games, kids' activities, DJ, pool safety information, music, food for purchase, and a lot of family fun! For more information contact the Recreation Center at 623-935-9040.

July 4th - Independence Day Fireworks Celebration
