The City is currently using the 2006 edition of the International Building Codes, along with City adopted building code amendments.

In addition to commercial building code amendments and as part of the City's adopted building code, the City has added residential building code amendments that must be complied with and incorporated as part of the design phase of any applicable residential building project.  To review these residential amendments, please reference City adopted amendments to the International Residential Code (I.R.C.)

***Please note:  These amendments (code changes/revisions) affect residential building permits issued with an "issued on" date of July 1, 2008 or after.
