Agendas for the City Council, Boards and Commissions are posted at the following location at least 24 hours before each meeting:

• the bulletin board on the wall outside City Hall

In addition, a complete agenda packet is available to read at the meetings.

All agendas, actions and minutes are accessed from the Archive Center. To retrieve the most recent agenda, action or meeting minutes from the City's archive center select the "most recent archive item" from the drop down menu.

Persons wishing to speak at a City Council meeting must complete a "Request to Speak at a City Council Meeting" form and submit the completed form to the City Manager or City Clerk prior to the meeting.
