Let’s Exercise!

This class is for those who do not like exercising. Class size is kept small. We try to design work outs to meet individual abilities and talents. The most important part of class is laughter and having a good time.

We do not serve cheese, so no whine is allowed. Stretching, light weights, and walking is involved. This is a great way to ease yourself into a healthier lifestyle. It’s fun, join us! Program details are published

Aquatic Personal Training

Have a one on one exercise program using the water as your gym. Resistance, cardio, swimming, water running, and deep water movements will help you develop into a stronger, healthier person.  This program is not avalable during the pool closure from September 6 through March 31.
