1. How do I register to vote in Litchfield Park for the local elections?

You can check your voter registration status on the Maricopa County Recorder's website. 

Will need your name, birthdate, house number, and ONE of the following:

• Last four (4) digits of your Social Security Number
• Your Voter ID
• Your Driver License or Non-Operating ID License Number

2. If I am not registered to vote or am new to the City, how do I register to vote in the local elections?

Please visit Service Arizona  to register to vote or to update your registration information.

You may also pick up an Arizona Voter Registration Form at City Hall and mail it to:

3. What should I do if I do not receive a ballot in the mail?

The City of Litchfield Park cannot provide replacement ballots.

If you do not receive your ballot in the mail or if you need a replacement ballot, please call the Maricopa County Recorder's Office at 602-506-1511.  If you do not have enough time to wait for a new ballot in the mail, visit any Ballot Center Location across the County to vote in-person.  Ballot Centers are open 27 days prior to an Election and on Election Day.

4. What is the deadline for submitting my ballot?

Ballots must be RECEIVED, not postmarked, by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day.  The Maricopa County Recorder’s Office recommends mailing ballots at least 6 days before Election Day.

If you are concerned your ballot will not be received by the Maricopa County Elections Department by the deadline, you can drop your ballot off at any of the Countywide Ballot Center Locations. You can find a list of Ballot Center Locations, along with their hours of operation on the County's website.

5. I mailed by ballot, but am worried it has not arrived. Is there a way I can check its status?

You can check the status of your ballot online on the County's Early Voting Status web page.  You can also sign up for text alerts.

6. I am going to be out of town during the elections. Will the post office forward my ballot to my temporary address.

No.  In accordance with the law, ballots are marked “Do Not Forward – Return Services Requested.”

If you would like your ballot mailed to a temporary address, you will need to file a request with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office.

7. I would like to vote in person on Election Day. Where is our local Polling Center?

The Church at Litchfield Park will be a Polling Location on Election Day only.  It will be open from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
