Building Safety

The Building Safety Department is responsible for:
  • Examining and approving building plans in accordance with adopted City codes
  • Issuing permits
  • Inspecting all construction within the City of Litchfield Park

Plan and guide the orderly growth and development of the City through enforcement of adopted City codes in order to meet the quality of life, health and safety needs of the community and to deliver to its customers, efficient services.
