The City sold Litchfield Square Lot 3 to and entered into a development agreement with LP Heritage Partners, LLC in August 2022 (see Exhibit A Parcel Plan below). LP Heritage Partners has received approval to build approximately 40,000 square feet of retail, office, and restaurant uses.
The architectural design for their two-story buildings was approved by the City's Design Review Board last year, and they are currently preparing construction drawings to submit to the City for permitting (see renderings below).
Also in 2022, the City issued a Request for Proposals seeking building developers for the remaining six lots. We received a proposal from Catclar Investments of Scottsdale, and the City is currently is discussions with Catclar on various aspects of their proposed building development project.
